Orders normally ship out same day. If you are a Groupon customer, it can be up to 5 days to process your order. Cutoff time for shipments is 2pm CST each day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will ship out the following Monday. Please note the Shipping Department hours of operation:

You can also log into your account through this website and check your tracking as well. We strongly recommend you watch and read through the tutorials to get the most out of your product. USPS First Class shipping takes 5 - 7 business days in the United States. USPS Priority Mail shipping takes 3 - 5 days. UPS Ground takes 2 to 3 business days. SHIPPING TO CANADA
We offer USPS First Class International shipping and UPS Ground Shipping to Canada. The cost to ship to Canada via USPS First Class International usually costs around $18 - $20*. UPS Ground will vary based on location.When shipping via USPS First Class Mail, USPS will deliver to Canadian Customs, then Canada Post will deliver to your address.
